Symptoms

Error while starting P6 Server as Windows service:
 
ERROR

Unable to load C:\<JDK_HOME>\jre\bin\server\jvm.dll

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create P6 as a Windows service. Example: ServiceA
2. Start the installed service from Services.exe and observe its not starting.
3. Debug the service with below command and observe error;
    wlsvc -debug "ServiceA"
