Unable To Search Suspense Payments After Applying Filters

Information in this document applies to any platform.
Issue is that, one is unable to search suspended payments after applying filters in Billing Care.
- launch Billing Care
- open Payment Suspense
- under "Suspense", click add filter
- under "Suspense Account" select the payment suspense account
- click Update
- the suspended payments should show up but they do not
- after removing the filter from 'Suspense' section, filter that is applied in 'Payment' section gets effective and then it is able to display the suspended payments
