ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
client to policy spawned activity does not reverse upon reversal of a parent activity. There is an issue whereby the system does not reverse an activity that was spawned from the client to policy level and got processed. This leaves the policy activity with an active activity that is no longer applicable.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Expected that the system must reverse the child activity when the parent gets reversed

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Process an activity that will spawn a policy level activity
2. Process the policy level activity
3. Reverse the client level activity
4. Policy activity will not be reversed
