On : 10.2.0.30 version, General

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Copybooks are not being properly read when at the plan level. There is a situation whereby the system picks up the product level copybook and not the one a plan level. This is most common in cycle run and sometimes it occurs for users in QA environment. This has resulted in us removing the config from the copybook and placing it on the transaction XML. This is an inconvenience because you have to replicate this for most of our transactions and and it constantly appears in PROD.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
The system is supposed to read the overrided CopyBook and thus not forcing us to move the config into the XML

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create a plan level copybook for a transaction
2. run batch: The copybook picks up the product level copybook.

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Impact is severe is because the transactions are picking up the wrong business rule and therefore calculating incorrectly.
