Symptoms

When creating a Free Forms NF, fields (GTIN, GTIN_TRIB, UOM_TRIB, QUANTITY_TRIB and UNIT_COST_TRIB) are not filled in and remain null. User can enter an item which is not present in RMS and submit NF for approval which then fails at SEFAZ.
