Symptoms
In FTP, tables are not appearing in one instance for all Alternate Mapping Rules even after migration of rule from working instance. New rules also have the same issue with blank in all the fields.
ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
OFSAA UI all blank post alternate output mapping migration Migrated the item between environments. Although the underlying table shows same data, the UI in the second environment is all blank for all alternate output mappings.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Open or edit any Alternate Mapping rule: Funds Transfer Pricing -> FTP Assumption Specification -> Alternate Rate Output Mapping
