OUTA - Suggest which csv editors to be used for editing Databank without formatting the data.

User tried to modify the data by opening the databank which is in .csv format but when user save that and execute it is changing the format and causing
errors. For eg: the Boolean values are formatting to upper case where it supposed to be lower case for OUTA and the date and time formats are messed
up as well.
Then user tried to edit by opening the .csv databank in notepad and change the data then save as a .csv and execute, this worked. But the issue here is
it¿s hard to locate the right field for the right column as the view is not displayed as columns like excel.

Please suggest a better way of editing the data in the databank for non-technical users.

2. User is on OUTA 6.0.0.1 now. user run the same flow but we change just a certain value, for example the Date field when we run it again. The
component test data set will have the same data every time, correct?
