MDM Batch Is Not Ending Successfully (Doc ID 2643828.1)

Symptoms

On Oracle Utilities Meter Data Management 2.2.0.2.0 version, Batch
When running batch job DM-ACTVY user observed records updating but the batch job is not ending successfully.

Error observed in STDOUT batch log files


ERROR

ERROR (com.splwg.shared.environ.ApplicationProperties) XPath Expression Least Recently Used Size ( -1 means no limit, 0 means no cache) cannot be read from property com.oracle.
XPath.LRUSize with value '', defaulting to -1


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Run batch job [Note: Batch job being run at customer site is a custom batch]
2. Look at tables that the batch job uses for selecting records. User is able to verify records are updating indicating the job is running.
3. Batch job does not finish properly
