Goal

After migration, one has done the read object of the rate plan related to Monthly Recurring Charge (MRC), and it looks as below:

Questions:

Q1) Why is the PRIORITY in the PIN_FLD_RATE_TIES is set to 100, earlier it was 0?
Q2) Can one still get to keep the old structure of /rate_plan (i.e without PIN_FLD_DATE_RANGES ARRAY object) even after modifying the product using the PDC?
