How Can EWS Subscriber Profile SOAP Variant Work Without Security Header (Doc ID 2644702.1)

Goal

In OCSG 7.0, EWS Get Subscriber Profile API SOAP variant requires security header.

If no security header included in the SOAP request, OCSG returns 500 Internal Server Error with fault string "No Security header in message but required by policy.".
