Goal

Oracle provides various translations for Oracle Utilities Customer Self Service (OUCSS).  With WebCenter Portal 12c, folder translation was not possible until the most recent release.  Customers implementing a language pack for OUCSS will need to follow manual steps to properly translate folder names.
