Symptoms

Oracle Retail Advanced Inventory Planning (AIP) binary aipcmd with exportSpqWeekForOCS resource file execution is failing with below error:

This step exports the Supplier Purchase Quantities (SPQ) week according to the requirements of order and container scaling (OCS). It is part of the AIP Batch step export_dm_data.
