OUTA-Getting Error When both adhoc and non adhoc characteristic values are used in databank.

User added multiple servicePointCharacteristics in a "C1-ServicePointAdd" component. One is “ARDT” with char value and the other one is “SOLPVCM” with adhoc char value.
When User execute this and got a different error saying “Adhoc Characteristic Value is not allowed for Characteristic Type ARDT.”

Workaround: Enter “adhoc characteristic” value for the “ARDT” char type as “#EMPTY”. This will work but when user work with multiple characteristics types in ServicePointAdd or MeterAdd, user need to group the adhoc char types and non adhoc char types in the databank.
