Symptoms
Issue - Activity Search using Identifier Query zone (D1-ACTQ4) is returning time out error when searching using Activity Identifier Type as Initiating Request ID.
Steps -
1. Navigate to Main Menu -> Communication -> Activity -> Search.
2.Select search by as Identifier Query.
3.Select Activity Identifier Type as Initiating Request ID.
4.Enter % for Activity Identifier Value and click on Search.
5.Search will take several minutes and eventually times out. An error message is displayed in the zone.
