ExtractUnitAmountStockCount Batch Fails With 'ORA-02049' (Doc ID 2646859.1)

Symptoms

ExtractUnitAmountStockCount.sh takes lot of time to complete when the product group schedules are created for large volume of store locations and fails with the following error.

java.sql.SQLSyntaxErrorException: ORA-02049: timeout: distributed transaction waiting for lock

Steps to Recreate:

  1. Schedule Product Group for 1000 stores.
  2. Execute ExtractUnitAmountStockCount.sh.
