Symptoms

In RMS 16.0.X

Clicking on Query by Example filter on Items -> Download Items from Staging takes long time say 10-15 minutes to show the LOV's.

Steps To Recreate:
1. Navigate to Items -> Download Items from Staging.
2. Search by providing dept/division.
3. Go to Result pane and click on Query by Example filter icon.
4. It takes more than 10-15 minutes to show the LOV's.
