XitemSupCre Message Not Creating Entry In ISC And ISMC (Doc ID 2647803.1)

XitemSupCre message is not creating entry in  ITEM_SUPP_COUNTRY and ITEM_SUPP_MANU_COUNTRY. Whenever a new supplier is associated with the item, external system is sending XItemSupDesc , XItemSupCtyDesc and XItmSupCtyMfrDesc nodes in single XML message and message type as XItemSupCre. ITEM_SUPPLIER table is successfully populating with the new supplier but there is no entry getting created in ITEM_SUPP_COUNTRY and ITEM_SUPP_MANU_COUNTRY tables .

Steps To Recreate:

         1. Create a XItemSupCre message with XItemSupDesc ,XItemSupCtyDesc and XItmSupCtyMfrDesc nodes.            
         2. Publish the message into ETXITEM topic to be picked up by the RIB.
         3. Verify the RIB_MESSAGE table if message is successfully processed in RMS.
         4. Verify ITEM_SUPPLIER , ITEM_SUPP_COUNTRY and ITEM_SUPP_MANU_COUNTRY if the entry has come.
