Java.Lang.NullPointerException While Searching for Invalid Items In Receiving Screen (Doc ID 2647848.1)

Symptoms

When attempting to search for the items in receiving screen,the following error occurs.

Error: java.lang.nullpointerexception

Steps To Recreate:

  1. Create a Purchase Order(PO) and try to receive the order from receiving screen.
  2. Search for the shipment.
  3. Select receive by item.
  4. Click on + symbol in receiving screen.
  5. Search for invalid item/item doesn't exists in ITEM_MASTER.
