THRESHOLD_BREACH_EVENT Notifications Are Not Triggered (Doc ID 2647958.1)

Symptoms

While testing on version 11.3.0.9.7, it was observed that THRESHOLD_BREACH_EVENT notifications are not being triggered while it is expected that the notification should be triggered on full data consumption during rating.

Scenario:

  1. Create a account
  2. Purchase usage product and discount
  3. Set credit limit to zero
  4. Set fixed threshold limits to 80% and 100% (Note: CreditFloor is still infinite, however since there is 100% set, on full data consumption one should see Threshold_Breach_notification for 100%)
  5. However there is no THRESHOLD_BREACH_EVENT triggered
