DMW 2.5: "Find Box" and "Advance Filter Box" is Not Populating the Operators and Columns (Doc ID 2648022.1)

Symptoms

DMW 2.5, you notice that in one specific environment, the "Find Box" and the "Advanced Filter Box" is not populating with the  "Operators" and "Columns".  You may notice that this behavior is specific to one environment.  Testing other 2.5 environments works correctly as expected.


STEPS TO REPLICATE
==============
1. DMW 2.5
2. Select a Study
3. Go to Data Management, then Listings
4. Select a Listing
5. Go to either the "Find Box" or go to the "Advanced Filter Box"
6. If you put a value in "Find Box" or the "Advanced Filter Box", the subsequent selections are not appearing. This means the "Columns" and "Operators" are NOT appearing.
7. This is the Problem, using these search methods, the Columns and Operators are not coming up for this particular environment.
