Last updated on NOVEMBER 27, 2021

Applies to:

Oracle Communications Network Charging and Control - Version 12.0.3.0.0 and later
Information in this document applies to any platform.

Symptoms

After a fresh installation of Network Charging and Control (NCC) 12.0.3 on a Linux x86-64 platform, following messages are logged in BeClient.log :

Expected behavior is that for this scenario processes to run in 64-bit mode right after installation OR post-installation steps to change 32->64bit are clearly described in Installation Guide.

To be noted that there is no mention in product documentation (including Installation Guide) about a parameter which can be changed to make processes running in 64-bit mode.
