On : 2.2.0.3.0 version, Environment

Zone D1-RETIEONOF does not return the correct meter on/off status.

Zone D1-RETIEONOF uses a date parameter with the time set to midnight. As a result it does not find the most recent status when the evt_dttm in d1_on_off_hist is after midnight.

For example, if the function is run on 02/24/2020 it will look for on/off history that is on or before 02/24/2020 00:00:00. An entry with evt_dttm of 02/24/2020 14:43:58 will not be found until the next day.
