Applies to:

Information in this document applies to any platform.

Symptoms

On : 2.4.0.0.0 version, NMS Infrastructure

When repredicting an outage downstream, if the outage has non-outage calls, they become Probable Service Outages (PSO's) instead of non-outages (NON).

Grouped Non-outage calls should create non-outage events when repredicted downstream

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Submit several outage calls so that they create PDO on an upstream device.
  2. Submit a non-outage call on a device downstream of the PDO that has no other calls.
  3. Manually group created non-outage event into upstream PDO.
  4. Manually re-predict the PDO downstream.
