Symptoms

When the franchise return is being received, two pairs of transactions 87 are written in TRAN_DATA table.

Steps To Recreate:
1. Create Franchise Order.
2. Ship and receive Franchise Order.
3. Create Franchise Return for the Franchise Order from steps above.
4. Ship and receive Franchise Return.
 See the transactions posted to TRAN_DATA for the return.
  There are 2 records for Trancode 87 for the return.
