BillSegmentRead component - Default operation name is incorrect

Issue: We are facing issue related to BillSegmentRead component, below are more details.

Root-Cause: Default operation name is incorrect. Instead of C1BilllSegmenRead in the component it should be C1BilllSegmentRead.
