Measurement Screen issue
This is a Measurement screen issue.
Please Check the test_result 1 to get information about the issue.
The test result 2 has verified that this is the cause.
After customer upgraded to MDM2203 from MDM2103, it is found that the D1-MsrmtDisp step 40 is disabled by adding // to the SCR_TEXT field. However, Cusotmer has Japanese language. The Japanese SCR_TEXT was not updated correctly. As a result, when user first login to system and browse to Measurement portal, it got the unexpected error.
