Oracle Policy Modeler Entity Errors When Validating Rules From Within Excel (Doc ID 2649078.1)

Symptoms

On Oracle Policy Modeler 12.2.x the follow error occurs when validating rules created in Excel.

ERROR
-----------------------
'the new entity' is not available here. You may need to use an entity function to refer to 'the contact'. (OPA-E00209)


Steps to reproduce the issue
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create new set of rules in Excel
2. Validate rules with no issue
3. In Oracle Policy Modeler add a new entity
4. Reference an existing attribute to the new entity
5. The error will occur
Example: 'the new entity' is not available here. You may need to use an entity function to refer to 'the contact'. (OPA-E00209)
