OPLA: New Custom Attributes Created in Agile Not Reflecting in MDS Configurator (Doc ID 2649263.1)

Symptoms

Actual Behavior

New custom attributes created in Agile not available in MDS Configurator to map in to the corresponding fact tables.

Expected Behavior

New custom attributes created in Agile to be available in MDS Configurator to map in to the corresponding fact tables.

Steps

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to Java Client as admin user, and create a new attribute
2. Login to MDS Configurator, and unable to locate the new attributes
