Is It Possible to Implement SAML2 Features for User Integration within OFSAA? (Doc ID 2649347.1)

While implementing SAML2 as part of the user integration for OFSAA 8.0.x, clarification is needed on the availability of some of the SAML2 features in the product.

Please clarify below points:

1. Just-in-Time provisioning: the SAML2 feature which allows assertion to create regular and portal users on the fly the first time they try to log in, i.e. OFSAA to create the user with the user group input from Active Directory (AD).
Is there any way we can achieve this in any current or future version?

2. Any web API which can be invoked through the AD process to create the user in OFSAA? This will enable automated user integration process.
