EMA R3 Attachment Added To Case Under Addtitonal Information Tab (Doc ID 2649566.1)

Goal

Observed that while importing the EMA R3 E2B file the ICSR Validation log report is getting attached to the case under Additional Information tab,
This was not the case in EMA R2 profile.
