OFSAA 8.0.x Object Registration Hung During Data Model Upload

Symptoms
On OFSAA 8.0.2, it seems model upload is hanging during Object Registration. The model upload log ends as follows:

After copying good <INFODOM>_database.xml and restarting the model upload it again (per steps Document 2339356.1 Object Registration Failed - ORA-01400 Cannot Insert Null Into (REV_TAB_REF_CONSTRAINTS.CONSTRAINT_NAME), it is still stuck on Object registration.
Upon executing ./RegisterObjects.sh below error appears:

During run of ./RegisterObjects.sh post model uplad, the SMSService.log shows the following error:
