Effect Of Specifying A Date Format When Generating A New Blank Casebook Report In RDC. (Doc ID 2650573.1)

Symptoms

When generating a New Blank Casebook report in RDC, there is an option to specify a date format such as:

 

However the chosen date format is not reflected in the Blank CaseBook report i.e.
- 'Notes:' section has the 'All dates are displayed in the format DD-MON-YYYY' text
- 'Report Generated on' date string is also in the 'DD-MON-YYYY' format

 i.e:

 

Is this normal functionality, that the dates are always displayed in DD-MON-YYYY regardless of specified Date Format? Or is this a bug?
