Replication Process Should Restart when The Original file Being Replicated is Being Edited And Saved Before Replication is Finished. (Doc ID 2651119.1)

When a long lasting replication of a huge file transfers this file to remote site(s), and this needs about 5 to 10 minutes, while this is processing, a user on the source site needs to checkout the file, work on it, and resave the file (checkin), processing of the replication should stop (killed), and a new replication process should be initiated.
