OHI is rounding down or not rounding values during premium calculation/example calculation
OHI is rounding -72.563752 to -72.5637
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

OHI should round -72.563752 to -72.5638
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Change calculation precision to 4 decimals
2. Create a premium schedule with the value 274.7744
3. Create an adjustment rule with value -2.91%
4. Create an adjustment rule with value -27.20%
5. Create a group client/group account using the premium schedule and adjustment rules.
6. Create a policy to use these values
7. Calculate premium/run example calculation
