Monitor Phone Number Changes with Change Event Rule (Doc ID 2652011.1)

Symptoms

On : 3.19.3.0.0 version, Processing

The phone number(s) of a person cannot be monitored by a change event rule.
As a result the phone number must be stored in a dynamic field.
This is needed to replicate the member accounting representative (macrep) details in case of an update to each of the group clients the macrep manages.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

The phone number can be monitored using change event rule.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create a change event rule:
leads to = function
subject = person
trigger = update

Check monitoring fields; phone number is not a field that can be monitored.
