"Failed To Generate OnSubmit Event Processor" Exception Processing AddressMaintenance Transaction. (Doc ID 2652127.1)

On : 11.2.0.20 version, General

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
"Failed to generate OnSubmit event processor" exception processing AddressMaintenance transaction. When processing address Mintenance transaction for Adding a address in client activity screen, we need to go to the Address tab to provide the address details. After entering the address details, on click of OK button it is throwing "Failed to generate OnSubmit event processor" exception. But this is working as expected when done by going to the Address section of the client and adding address.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

The given new address should be successfully added in the Address section.
 

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
Issue 1
Go to any client.
Go to Activity under client
Click on Add Activity.
Add the AddressMaintenance activity from the dropdown.
keep the "Select Appropriate Action" as Add itself.
Go to Address Tab.
Select Address as Billing/Residence
Provide Address Line 1 and Postal Id and click on OK.

Issue 2
Go to any client.
Go to Activity under client
Click on Add Activity.
Add the AddressMaintenance activity from the drop down.
keep the "Select Appropriate Action" as Add itself.
Go to Address Tab.
Select Address as Billing/Residence.
Check Bypass Address Verification
Provide Address Line 1 and Postal Id and click on OK.
