Promotion Rules Configured With BCC User Segmented Properties Are Not Working. (Doc ID 2652199.1)

Symptoms

 Promotion rules configured with BCC user segmented properties are not working in CSC.

Steps

  1. Create BCC users segment  with name "loyaltycustomer" with the rules "Profile's loyaltyAttribute is "Studio" OR loyaltyAttribute is "RedCarpet", ..etc.
  2. Create a coupon and associate a promotion which has  apply offer rules configured as  "loyaltycustomer is true ".
  3. Verify the Coupon code is working in the Storefront it is working.
  4. Verify in CSC and observe the coupon/promotion is not working.
