On : 2.4.0.1.0 version, Web Workspace
NMS - Duplicate Operations Event Note on Event Details
The "Operations Event Notes" on Event Details get duplicate multiple times depend on number of partial outages.
Here are steps how to reproduce the issue:
step 1: open a fuse, it will create an outage step 2: adding Operations Event Note to the event on created on step 1 step 3: open a transformer downstream from the fuse step 4: open another transformer downstream from the fuse step 5: complete event on the fuse (close the fuse)
Now event on step 3 and 4 have duplicate notes depends on number of downstream events. If there are 10 downstream events then there will be 10 line of notes
