Symptoms

When editing or viewing an existing Lookup Table Driver, the definition screen is blank.  All fields are empty including the "Name".



Correct definition data does exist in FSI_M_LOOKUP_TABLE and FSI_M_LOOKUP_TABLE_KEY_MAPPING for the Lookup Table Driver.
