Symptoms

When executing WSX, seeing below error in managed server log for all WSX intermittently.

Error

<Error> <oracle.wsm.resources.policyaccess> <WSM-06405> <The subject referenced by "ResourcePattern [absolutePortableExpression=/WLS/agileDomain/AgilePLM|#Agileextension|WS-Service({http://{server_name}.{domain_name}/ws/CentralStationWebService}CentralStationWebService#CentralStationWebServicePort,wls)]" is not registered with the assembly.>


Steps

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Execute WSX
