Excel Export Template Not Working (Doc ID 2652691.1)

Symptoms

On : 18.8 version, P6 Professional for EPPM Client / Standalone Installation, Login, and Technical Issues

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Excel Export Template Not Working

When exporting a project to Excel, no matter which export template is chosen when user open the exported file the default export settings (columns,filters,sort) are used.
This can be corrected by when exporting, clicking the export template, then clicking "Modify" - making no changes, then closing the Modify window and proceeding to export as normal. Selecting the export template is not enough,
User have to "modify" to make P6 use the export template.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
User is able to select the template and produce the customized column in xlsx file.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. In File, Export, xlsx, template
2. Create a new template with column like actual start, actual finish
3. Close the window
4. Open File, Export, xlsx, select the new template
5. Export a project, select Activity
You will see no actual start, actual finish column

BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot see modified template.
