Symptoms

On : 2.4.0.1.0 version, Operations Mobile App (OMA)


Unable to create a Damage Assessment from OMA for Non Outages when the device status is Open

When status is selected as NA, then DA is being created.

Expected
Should be able to create a Damage Assessment in this situation. it is possible to do so directly from the main NMS application.


The issue can be reproduced with the following steps:

  1. Log in to OMA
  2. Set up your user to a crew
  3. Create a non-outage in NMS on a open device (S2984 for example)
  4. Dispatch the crew to the non-outage
  5. Select the event in OMA
  6. Next select the DA button.
  7. Fill in stuff ( I just added a comment) then Submit
  8. Nothing happens
