RDMT rib_health Reports Incorrect Information (Doc ID 2653247.1)

Symptoms

RDMT rib_health reports shows incorrect information.

The information reported by RDMT for the RIB adapters is not correct. The number of adapters detected is NOT equal to the number of adapters Running+Stopped+Suspended+Failed. Moreover, the information from RDMT and RIB Admin Console doesn’t match.

The information was accurate on 15.0.1. But for both version's 15.0.2 and 15.0.3 the issue occur's.
