How To Record User Login(UID) In The Mail Header? (Doc ID 2653388.1)

Last updated on NOVEMBER 15, 2022

Applies to:

Oracle Communications Messaging Server - Version 8.0.2 and later
Information in this document applies to any platform.

Goal

When a user sends an email with the webmail Convergence, thanks to "local.service.http.generatereceivedheader = 1" configuration, webmail generates a Received: header, which contains the IP address of the sender. Is it possible that webmail add also in that header the user UID (as seen in imsconnutil -c) ? For some mails, we need to get that UID.
