DMW Web Service Connection Fails (Doc ID 2653430.1)

Symptoms

 When trying to save a web service connection in DMW, it fails with an error:

Test Failed:"Sending discrepancies failed due to an incorrect InForm web service call. Check the values entered for the web service location in the Inform data model or in the Administration page. To see all values, select the web service and click the modify icon."

Logging into the trial through IAMS as the DMW_AUTH user also fails.

 


 

Changes

 The study was only recently setup for use with DMW.
