Unable to login to LDAP enabled application with user having hyphen character in UserID (Doc ID 2653551.1)

Symptoms

On : 8.0.5 version, Administration_OFSS

When attempting to login to LDAP enabled OFSAA application with valid credentials,
the following error occurs.

ERROR

UserID or password is invalid

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1.Try to login with LDAP user having hyphen(-) character.


BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot login to application
