Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
The Y axis is marked with incorrect scale values on the Capacity Planning page of the EPPM Portfolio view after switching the Time Units Format from Hour to Day.

For example, when Hours/Day = 8,

Time Untis Format = "Hour" ==> Correct display

Time Untis Format = "Day" ==> Incorrect display


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
The Y axis is marked with correct scale values on the Capacity Planning page of the EPPM Portfolio view.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Log on P6 EPPM web.
  2. Go to the My Perferences view and set the Time Untis Format to "Hour".
  3. Browse the Capacity Planning page under the Portfolio view.
  4. The Y axis correctly indicates the At Completion Units value for the Limit line in Red.
  5. Change the Time Units Format to "Day".
  6. Load the Capacity Planning page again.
  7. It is noticed that the At Completion Units value is converted from hours to days correctly. However the mark on the Y axis is incorrect.

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot view the correct scale values on Y axis on the Capacity Planning page.
