ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

While adding hold, the Hold Entity ID ORA for Person ID is not fetching the results and UI is getting timed out.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Menu>>Financial>>Hold Request>Add
