Information in this document applies to any platform.
The 'Print' icons are intermittently grayed out/unavailable in P6 Professional hosted on Citrix, even though a default printer is configured and available.
The 'Print' icons should always be available.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to P6 Pro through Citrix.
2. Navigate to the Activities view.
3. Note the reported behavior.
