Export and Import of Data Filters using Relational Operators May Not Keep the Same Signage (Doc ID 265403.1)

Last updated on FEBRUARY 03, 2019

Applies to:

Oracle Financial Data Manager - Version 4.5 and later
Information in this document applies to any platform.
Oracle Financial Services Applications (OFSA)
Note: All OFSA 4.5 products have reached sustaining support.

If you export and then import a Data Filters that contain Relational Operators (example MORTGAGES.MATURITY_DATE > MORTGAGES.AS_OF_DATE), one will notice that once imported, the Data Filter will default to the equal (=) sign instead of showing (>) in the pick list in the OFSA interface.

However, until you do a save or exit out of the module, the background table (OFSA_IDT_DATA_FILTER) will have the correct operator (>) in the operator column. If you do not change the sign from (=) to (>), the (=) will eventually save in the OFSA_IDT_DATA_FILTER table.
